Space Laboratory
Exhibits in the Space Laboratory include telescopes positioned
at varying heights, a Solar System Distance Scale, the Our Place
in the Sun exhibit, How Much is a Billion exhibit and the Are We
There Yet exhibit. Visitors also can see the newest images from
NASA in high definition video on our giant video screen in front
of the Dassault Syst�mes Planetarium.

Theater, which explores the fundamental principles of electricity and magnetism, energy

The GM Motion Laboratory houses more than 30 exhibits which address classical mechanics
and compare motion, speed and direction. |

SBC Children's Gallery
The SBC Children's Gallery at The New Detroit Science Center provides a
4,000-square-foot space that allows the pre-kindergarten set to form an interest in
science as play. |
