The external siding has been installed on the old west tower (upon which the Webcam is mounted). The backside of the siding is blocking the lower portion of the image. Glass is being installed in the tower.

The long arm in this image is a "concrete pumper." Concrete is being pumped into the tower where it is being directed onto the main stairway forms.
